Better Humans Make Coffee Better and Humans become better when we are aware of how we are communicating with ourselves and each other. These ideas are developed over the course of this article. Many of the concepts introduced by Nonviolent Communication truly have the potential to make our personal lives, our businesses, and ultimately any coffee community better. Most of what this blog is adapted from Marshall Rosenberg’s book titled, Nonviolent Communication, A Language of Life, which is also highly recommend reading.
